What is UNITH?

Unith is a company that helps customers engage with their audiences in innovative ways. We do this by providing digital humans at scale so that businesses can create their own digital humans, train them with specific knowledge bases and then use them to deliver messages and speak with their customers. 

What was the problem you were facing before Archbee?

We were in a place where we had built our platform and it was very capable. However, it was costing us a lot of human resources to enable our customers to use the API that sits on top of the digital human platform. By using Archbee to document our API, it has become a massive time-saver for us whenever we share documentation with our customers and prospects who are evaluating whether or not they are able to integrate with our platform. 

Why Archbee over the alternatives?

We spent a bit of time looking at alternatives. We had three or four attempts at building our own docs site and we liked the fact that it was very easy to use. Different personas within our organization can create their own documents and can contribute to the documentation. We didn;t have to rely so much on Markdown directly. We could open up our documentation so that our customer success and implementation team can contribute to the documentation. It is very easy to use. Pricing was also competitive and there were other important factors for us as a small startup getting started and opening our platform to the world. 

What are some results you have seen?

Arcbhee is helping us more than we anticipated from a sales perspective. As we’re working with prospective customers and they have questions about whether or not they can integrate with our API, the documentation is the first asset that we share with them and this way of doing it looks very professional.
