Learn how N-Dream AG switched from an in-house documentation solution that was difficult to maintain and upgrade to Archbee with very different results.

1. What is N-Dream AG?

N-Dream AG is a technology company that offers a gaming solution, called AirConsole, based on a web platform where you can connect using any screen (laptop, TV, tablet) as a gaming device and smartphones as controllers.

Our main objective right now is to become the worldwide reference for in-car gaming. We already have a deal with BMW & Mini (our gaming solution is already included in more than 600K cars today), and we just released our product in Volkswagen.

2. What was the challenge you were facing before Archbee?

Before Archbee we had our documentation on our own website. This was a problem as everything was hard coded so it was not easy to edit the documents or to add more information.

3. What made you choose Archbee over the alternatives?

We chose Archbee due to its adaptability to our necessities. The modular system it uses is perfect for our documentation, and it is really easy to change or include new information in our guidelines. This is extremely important for us, as our business is unexplored yet (we are one of the first to include games into cars) so it changes really quickly and we need the capacity to adapt our guidelines to this changing environment.

4. What are some of the business outcomes that you have seen?

We haven't shared it yet with all the developers we work with, but the first feedback we are receiving is very positive as the information is much better organized and easy to find now.

Also, we have gone through an update project for our documentation where several people from different departments within our company collaborated; and the experience was very positive. Everyone was happy with the tool and the options it offers to us.
