What is Metzler GmbH?

Metzler GmbH is Germany’s leading manufacturer of House numbers, Mailboxes, Doorbells, and intercom systems. Metzler GmbH has more than 1.500.000 house owners as customers which are located mostly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Metzler was awarded in 2024 for the second time from n-tv as Germanys leading brand for Mailboxes and House Equipment in a questionnaire which more than 50.000 people took part in.

What was the problem you were facing before Archbee?

Our major problem was that the FAQs were made in our Store CMS System, which isn’t comfortable for our employees to use. That’s why it was very static, and for all changes, it was required to work with HTML and CSS.

Why Archbee over the alternatives?

After a market overview we found that Archbee offers a very competitive pricing as well as the most important functions we required from a more dynamic solution for our FAQ Content. In special we are really happy to have the build in editor which everybody can understand within minutes, the possibility to forward the FAQ to our own domain and the Dynamic search. Also the Sitemap export feature is one of the important functions we really need.

What are some results you have seen?

We already see a slightly decrease on workload for our 1st Level customer service after we enabled the archbee FAQ. After every single department can structure their own part of the Archbee FAQ, we are very confident that we will create a good platform with a huge knowledge base.
