What were the challenges you were facing before using Archbee?

Before Archbee we maintained our documentation via markdown in a git repository. This was difficult as we couldn't visualise what our documentation would look like easily without deploying it. Secondly, we found git usage difficult for those who create documentation that are not developers or confident using Git.

What made you choose Archbee over the alternatives?

Same as my response for number 2. Alternatives we used at the time required git usage and local development processes like running console commands. Our users were not all familiar with markdown. We found Archbee easily accessible, easy to set up, and easy for anyone to contribute to without a tutorial.

Can you share some business outcomes?

Because of our documentation system, we've allowed lots of 'non-developer' users to manage the documentation and rapidly improve the content in it. This has freed up time from our development team to focus on new features. Our customers are saying that our documentation is helpful, professional and visually appealing. Basically we wanted a low maintenance solution to offer public documentation to our customers - Archbee is providing that.
