What is Navattic?
Navattic is a no-code solution that software companies of all sizes use to build interactive product demos. One thing that I really enjoy about our product and customer base, is that it's very versatile so companies of all industries and all size are using interactive product demos across multiple channels and use cases. So there's a lot going on.
What was the problem you were facing before Archbee?
Users expect to get started very quickly and often on their own schedule. With that, it's very important to us that our documentation is the #1 resource that customers go-to and the content in there is able to answer 99% of customer questions. We really believe that this will help us scale in a sustainable way as we look to support more customers, more usecases across more industries.
Why Archbee over the alternatives?
Our previous knowledge base solution was very difficult to use for a non-technical person. This meant that as our product kept evolving, it was pretty tricky to include new content or to reorganize the structure of our knowledge base. Within Archbee we really like the ability to link multiple pages so we can create a space for new users as well as a separate space for more advanced users. We really enjoy the collaborative features that let us comment on each others' work, as well as the ability to quickly add new content and publish directly to the web.
What are some results you have seen?
We're really leaning on Archbee to help empower customers to create demos that fit their usecase.
