What is Title21?

Title21 is a healthcare software company with an extreme specialization on cell and gene therapy space. Title21 believes biotherapies are the future of medicine and the industry needs higher quality and better access to tools and data to discover and deliver cures to patients. Our role is to design and implement software that bridges the gap between clinical practice, laboratory science, and therapeutic manufacturing, empowering our customers to serve patients with quality, efficiency, and kindness in mind. Ultimately, Title21 is proud to enable and enhance the execution of workflows and the collection and presentation of data that lets our customers tell their stories and serve their patients.

What was the challenge you were facing before using Archbee?

Help information was hosted in PDF manuals and it was labor-intensive to manage the PDF's and upload them. Also, it was not possible to link to a help URL to just what the users need on a particular page of the app and they had to go through the whole PDF. So, we decided to build or incorporate/implement a third-party help content management system.

What made you choose Archbee over the alternatives?

The requirement for us is that the help content has to be secured and not publicly available. We explored several products and Archbee was one of the lot many that provided JWT integration which helped us easily integrate the app with the Archbee platform. Also, the instructions were straightforward and easy to understand.

Can you share some business outcomes?

The help content is up to date every day and is updated as needed by the business experts. This helps us in providing real-time help information to our customers and it is easy to navigate and find what they would need now. This also helped in reducing day-to-day customer support questions as tickets and the customer support can focus on real problems and roadblocks.
