Tamio is an enterprise-grade e-commerce platforms which allows merchants to create and maintain shop websites with ease, manage invoicing, marketing emails, ticketing, along with hundreds of automations for profit optimizations. Users can sell physical products, digital files, recurring plans, services and everything in between.
What were the challenges you were facing before using Archbee?
We have an extensive headless e-commerce API which requires great documentation. We needed a dedicated app to host our documentation effectively. As an e-commerce platform with white-label functionality, our documentation requirements are extensive, and it was critical to find a solution that allowed us to document our processes thoroughly for our development team.
