What is Kognic?

Kognic Platform Docs is our user-facing documentation of our platform. we are a B2B business but have many users on the platform who produce data for our clients.

What were the challenges you were facing before using Archbee?

Before Archbee we used Gitbook I think. Partially with Markdown. I think Gitbook became way more expensive, with JWT auth, and it was slow and in general not as nice.

What made you choose Archbee over the alternatives?

We mainly looked for a) WYSIWYG editor b) simple authentication to have the doc access tied to our platform authentication. You had the best price for the JWT authentication part - which many others charged much more.

Can you share some business outcomes?

It's our main user-facing documentation. Some more internal users are now contributing to the docs. It looks nice. We have full control over the access.
