1. What is FISPAN?
FISPAN partners with banks to provide white-labelled embedded, automated solutions for accounts payable and cash management to middle-market business clients throughout Canada and the United States. We are a B2B2B business: We build software for banks who in-turn provide that software to their business clients, typically under the bank's brand.
2. What were the challenges you were facing before using Archbee?
Creating a white-labeled solution brings unique and nuanced challenges in developing support and marketing materials for each customer. There was a strong demand for branded and customized support content for each customer’s end-users. This created a rising cost in producing and maintaining a growing volume of similar documentation. To address this, we needed a tool that would allow us to create reusable content blocks—avoiding the inefficiency of copying and pasting—and improve the consistency and professionalism of our materials. By implementing such a tool, we aimed to reduce our content creation and maintenance costs while enhancing the quality and tone of our documentation.
3. What made you choose Archbee over the alternatives?
We chose Archbee over other tools because it offered the flexibility and power we needed to create branded, high-quality, white-labeled documentation efficiently. We specifically sought a tool which supported modular, reusable content blocks, which would allow us to reduce the time spent on repetitive content creation while ensuring consistency across documentation for different clients.
4. Can you share any business outcomes?
Fantastic. We're able to rely on "generic" blocks with the majority of the content that would be consistent across our customer base, while also being able to insert branded blocks as necessary. This allows us to balance content management costs and efficiency while also being able to present our customer's brand accordingly. We've seen this increased efficiency allow us to spend more time on the content itself, rather than spending time on re-branding documentation for our growing customer base.
