What is Breadwinner?

Breadwinner is a native Salesforce application that reduces business silos by tightly coupling CRM and Finance. Breadwinner integrates Salesforce with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe.

What was the challenge you were facing before using Archbee?

Before Archbee, our public-facing help site was good for typical support questions but couldn't handle our documentation needs. We needed a documentation-focused website that could also handle well-formatted code examples, as well as screenshots and how-to guides. The additional feature we love about Archbee is that we can have a company-wide side, that has dedicated sub-sites for each of our products.

What made you choose Archbee over the alternatives?

A lot of the alternatives looked good for wiki-style document creation, but couldn't really handle our requirements to display code properly. As a company producing highly technical documentation with code examples, Archbee was the clear winner.

Can you share any business outcomes after implementing Archbee?

The benefits have been two fold. One is that this helps in the sales process, because prospective customers will research our documentation as part of their due-diligence. The well-formatted and crisp look helps us present our brand. And the other, of course, is that customers seeking information can spend time reading and self-educating themselves.
