What is IBA (Insurance Business Applications)?

IBA is a cloud native P&C Insurance Platform company focused on enabling risk carriers to digitalize, automate and become efficient and agile.

Our platform is called IBSuite - IBSuite facilitates the full lifecycle of insurance, from quote to bind as well as end-2-end policy administration, efficient claims handling, and billing – allowing customers to run a full-fledged insurance business as well as the ability to bring new customer journeys and digital business models to the market. What was the challenge you were facing before using Archbee?

We use Archbee as our end-user documentation platform. Before Archbee we had a traditional CMS setup – but with Archbee we are able to integrate our written documentation together with API documentation in a more flexible way and with the added benefit of AI assisted ‘Ask’ functionality.

What made you choose Archbee over the alternatives?

We found that there was a good match between the functionality we were looking for and the features provided by Archbee and at a fair price.

Can you share some of the business results you've seen so far?

We already have a better integration between our platform and our end-user documentation – and we are starting to establish tenant based knowledge portals for individual customers.
